Case & Bracelet

Up for sale is a 1986 Rolex Submariner 5513 transitional glossy white gold surround dial that has developed fantastic patina which is very rare. Typically these dials become cracked or corroded and finding them in this condition is quite a catch with the dial, hands and case exhibiting amazing condition. The case is very strong showing it’s original chamfers on the lugs and shows signs very little signs of polishing over the years. The bracelet is in great condition for it’s age and stretch is minimal, the bracelet is very tight and feels as it should. The clasp locks tightly and securely into place as well.

Dial

The dial as mentioned is very clean and has developed a nice darker patina due to the early tritium dial and hands. The date wheel is the period correct “open date wheel” showing open 6’s and open 9’s. The is truly a collector grade watch.
